Rentals at YWCA
YWCA offers excellent rental space at a central location for your next meeting, party, shower, wedding, dance, reception or banquet. Choose from our historic lobby, perfect for special events and meetings, or our historic gym, a great choice for parties and dances. Our building is handicap accessible, with staff on-site during events.
Please note: Parties for children under age 12 must be held in the gym.

The Youngstown Foundation Historic Lobby
Our historic lobby accommodates up to 100 people, features an attached kitchenette, and is the perfect space for your next banquet, meeting, or event.
The Edward W. Powers Historic Gym & Community Room
The historic gym is a great spot to host a birthday party, banquet, or event. It accommodates up to 150 people and features an attached kitchenette.

Details
We require a $35 security deposit. It will be returned following your event as long as rules are followed and rented area is left in the same condition it was found. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. The security deposit and one half of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking.
There is an additional $25 cleaning fee to ensure the space will be properly sanitized before and after the event.
Rental space is available daily from 9 am to 10 pm.
There is a 20% surcharge for holiday rentals.
We accept cash, check, or credit card (please note, a 3% processing fee is charged for credit card payments.)
